Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup flour
2 cups milk
4 eggs beaten

Directions:
Beat the eggs. Add the milk. Measure flour out into a large pourable vessel. in a steady stream incorporate the liquid into the flour bit by bit until smooth and fully mixed. Heat the oven to 425ºF. Fill each hole of muffin tin with about 1-2 tsp oil and set it to heat in the oven. When oil is hot remove from oven and pour equal portions of batter into the holes. Return to oven and bake for 1/2 hour. These may still stick to the pan, so though unconventional, I often put my yorkies in muffin papers then fill those with oil for easier cleanup.
