Horseradish Sauce


Ingredients:

2, 3-4 pound Corned Beef Brisket with seasonings
1 12oz can beer or beef broth
1 cup yellow onion, minced fine
6 gloves garlic, peeled and whole

2 small heads cabbage, cut into 8 wedges each

Place corned beef in crockpot, fat side up. Add beer, seasonings, and onions. Cook on high 4-5 hours.

Put cabbage in crockpot on top and cook for another hour.

Serve with new potatoes and carrots (can be steamed/boiled in pot on stove) Irish Soda Bread (usually bought from the grocery store) and homemade Horseradish Sauce.

1 cup whipping cream
3 Tablespoons horseradish
Salt and Pepper to taste

Whip cream to stiff peaks. Fold in 3 T horseradish and salt and pepper. Add more horseradish to taste.
