3-4 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 carrot, diced
1-1/2 cups frozen green beens
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn
1-1/2 cups diced onions
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup barley
5-6 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp salt
1/2 T pepper
1 T parsley flakes
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp celery flakes
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (6 oz) tomato soup
3 qts water
8 oz kluski noodles
1 cup shredded, cooked roast beef

Directions:
Directions:
Place all the above ingredients, except noodles and roast beef in a large pan. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until vegetables are tender, about 25-30 minutes. Add noodles and beef. Cook 15-20 minutes. If soup is too thick, add more water and seasoning as needed.
