whole wheat tortillas or wrap (you can use gluten-free as well)
1-1lb bag of shredded mozzarella or Mexican mix cheese
butter (to taste)

Buttter griddle (electric or stove top) lightly
toast tortillas lightly on one side (about 3 minutes) and flip over to toast other side
spread cheese evenly over tortillas
remove when cheese has melted
