2 lb Meat (leg)
1 lb Meat (roast)
1/4 onion
2 garlic cloves
salt
chi-chi beans
corn
1/2 cabbage
2 zucchini
3 carrots
1 parsnip
1 "chayote" pickle pear
mint
cilantro
avocado
lime

Directions:
Directions:
Add water to cover meat, onions, garlic, salt, beans and corn. Cook on low temperature in pressure cooker for one hour. (Before closing the cooker, get rid of any "meat foam".

Uncover, add cabbage, zucchini, carrots, parsnip, pear. Cook for 10 minutes. Add mint, cilantro and cook for 5 minutes

Serve with avocado and lime.

The broth has to look clear.
