1 medium head of lettuce, mixed with romaine
1 c. celery
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped or sliced
1 c. peas, fresh or frozen
½ c. green pepper, chopped
8 green onions, sliced
8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled


1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar

1 c. cheddar cheese
4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cut or lettuce into small pieces. Layer into the bottom of 9 x 13'' pan. Scatter each layer in order given.

Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and sugar. Spread over top. being careful to seal right to the edge of pan.

Scatter grated cheese over followed by bacon. seal well with plastic wrap. Store in refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving.
