1 pound Beef Chuck or Stew Meat, cut in 1 inch cubes
3 Tablespoons Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 can Beef Consumé
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder or 1 Clove Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
2 Carrots, sliced
2 Potatoes, peeled and cubes
1 large Onion, diced
1 Stalk Celery, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in crockpot. Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika, and toss to coat meat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 4-6 hours, until vegetables are tender. Stir thoroughly and serve.
