Start by dissolving 2 tsp. sugar in 1 c. lukewarm water. Add 2 pkgs yeast. Let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile in large bowl measure:

1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. warm water
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. oil

Directions:
Add yeast mixture to above bowl and gradually mix in 9 c. white flour. Keep dough to a sticky consistency for light buns. Knead well with hands( keep a dish of oil beside you to help remove dough from hands and to grease sides of bowl). Preheat oven just until a touch warmer than room temperature. Put dough in oven to rise until double in bulk(about 11/2 hours).

Punch down well, re-oil bowl sides and let rise once again.

When doubled(about 1 hour) form into buns in pans and let rise once again to desired size(about 30-40 mins)

Bake at 350ºF for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
