Directions:
Make sure corn is shucked and silk free

Blanch for 9 minutes
To blanch: Lower corn into boiling water, cover and start timer immediately
After 9 minutes of boiling remove corn quickly and place in sink filled with ice water

It will take twice as long for the corn to cool as it did to heat so make sure your water stays cold, you may have to add more ice.
Remove corn from water, drain and cool at room temperature.
Place corn on a cookie sheet and flash freeze for 30 minutes in freezer
Immediately pack into freezer bags, seal good to prevent frost buildup inside of bags.

Place prepared bags in the freezer immediately.
