4 to 8 Pork Chops
1-- package of Hash browns
1-- can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1-- Cup of Sour Cream
2 --Cups of Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 Cups of Lays Potato Chips (optional)


1 9x13 cake pan.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
The hash browns are easier to mix if they are thawed a bit.
Brown pork chops in skillet.
Spray baking dish with Pam or slightly oil pan.
In cake pan mix hash browns, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheese together. Smooth out ingredients till it is smooth . Crush lays potato chips sprinkle over top of hash browns, then add cheese. Place pork chops on top of hash brown. Cover with aluminum foil, bake at 350 for 45min to 1 hour.

This recipe is from my Aunt Barb. The first time I had this is when I brought Ashley home from the hospital and she brought this casserole over for us. This is a family favorite.
