2 lbs. white beans
4-5 slices side pork cut in small pieces
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1 medium onion
⅔ c. molasses
2 tsp. dry mustard
4 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight in water. Parboil 10 minutes with 1 tsp. baking soda. Run cold water through in a colander.

Put onion, pork, and beans in slow cooker. Mix other ingredients with hot water and pour over beans. Cook 6-8 hrs. until cooked. Add water as necessary to keep beans moist not flooded.
