5-6 lb. beef roast
water to cover
1 package onion soup mix
1 tbsp. worchestire sauce
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crock pot. Add enough water to cover. Mix all other ingredients together and put over roast. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs. if frozen. After cooked may either shred with 2 forks but have found it is easier to slice thin. Put back in juice and serve on buns or bread.
