2 t. ground ginger
1 t. pepper
1 t. sweet paprika
2 t. turmeric
2 t. freshly grated nutmeg
1 t. cumin
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 t. salt
1/2 sunflower oil
3 lbs lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
1 cup beef broth
3 medium onions, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Spices, garlic, and salt. Coat each piece of lamb and set aside. Place onions on the bottom of a slow cooker and cover with the meat pieces. Add remaining spice mixture to broth and mix. Pour over the meat and onions and cook till meat falls off the bones.
