2-16 ounce can of pork and beans
1/2 medium onion
4 strips of bacon
1 teaspoon of yellow mustard
1/4 cup of light brown sugar
1 tablespoon of molasses
1/4 cup of beer
1/4 cup of catsup
1/4 cup of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Finely dice onion and bacon. Add bacon and onion into sauté pan and brown off to caramelized state, then add catsup, butter, mustard, molasses, and brown sugar and let simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat.

In medium pot add 2 cans of beans and beer and bring to boil. As soon as the ingredients starts to boil remove from heat adding and mixing remaining ingredients .

Add all ingredients into a 9 x 12 baking dish and put into a preheated oven of 350 degrees and bake for 30 - 45 minutes

Over baking in the oven will dry the beans out to much depending on how hot your oven gets. For your first time doing this I would watch the beans a little closer than usual, you really want them a little juicy.
