2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks real butter, softened (salted sweet cream butter)
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar (pure cane)
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 lg. eggs
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix flour, baking soda & salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by the teaspoon on to ungreased backing stone. Bake 9 - 11 minutes, or until brown.
