1 large cantaloupe, cut into 2-inch squares
2 pints fresh strawberries, halved
1 pint fresh blueberries
1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 2-inch cubes
Orange-Ginger Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine fruit in a large bowl.

Serve with chilled Orange-Ginger Syrup:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tblsps. chopped fresh ginger
2 tsps. orange rind
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
Remove from heat; let stand 15 minutes. Remove and discard ginger and orange rind. Cool syrup; chill 1 hour or up to 3 days.
