This recipe makes enough for 2 people

1/2 box of fettuccine pasta
1/2 brick of cream cheese, room temp is best

1/4 cup of margarine
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs garlic powder

1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup parmesan/ Romano shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Start by getting your pasta going, it will take about 15 min. to cook.

On medium heat melt your margarine, then add the flour, mix together to make a minute, this will thicken up your sauce.
Next add the cream cheese, mix and let it melt together. This will take a few minutes. Add the pepper, sugar and garlic powder and mix until smooth.

Add milk and heat , don't let it boil, and stir often. Once it's hot add your cup of cheese. Keep stirring until the cheese is melted and it's your desired thickness.

Add sauce to your strained pasta.

That's it!

I kinda made this recipe up after Chianti's stopped making a good Fettuccine. I think this is pretty close. I hope you give it a try.
