4-6 chicken breasts
1 can black beans
1 jar salsa
3 sweet peppers, any colors, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cups shredded cheese

Taco Shells - hard or soft

Toppings:
sour cream
salsa
lettuce
additional shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken breasts in a large glass baking dish, Top with onions and peppers. Pour on black beans. Then layer on salsa and cheese. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes. Shred chicken. Using soft or hard taco shells, assemble your fajitas as desired with additional toppings.
