1 cup of shortening (butter flavour)
1 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond
7 1/2 cups icing sugar
1/3 cup whip cream

Beat butter and shortening, then add vanilla and almond extract. Slowly add cream and then sifted icing sugar. Beat till smooth. Add desired food colouring. Thin with few drops of cream or thicken with icing sugar till desired consistency. Put in piping bag and set the kids to work.
