1/2 c Ketchup
1/4 c Red Pepper Jelly
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Onion Powdesr
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne Powder
1/2 c Jack Daniels or Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
4-6 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Tbsp BBQ seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
1. In Saucepan whisk together the Ketchup, Red Pepper Jelly, Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder and Cayenne Pepper.
2. Bring to boil and reduce heat to medium and simmer for 3 minutes, add Whiskey and simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Prepare Grill and season both sides of chicken with BBQ seasoning. Cook until chicken almost done approximately 8 to 10 minutes (150º)
4. Baste Chicken with Glaze, cook for 2 minutes, Flip Chicken and baste again and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Remove from Grill and serve with remaining Glaze and eat while hot.
