1 pkg. Fresh shredded hash brown potatoes
1 - 8 oz. pkg. shredded cheese cheddar or (your choice)
1 - Pint Heavy whipping cream
1 - tbsp. garlic salt or powder (optional)
1 - sm. onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Crockpot:
Combine all ingredients and set to high for 4 hours
or low for 8 hours.

Stovetop:
Brown hash browns and onions in skillet (if adding).
Then add all other ingredients and cook together until
cheese is melted.

Bake:
Spray pan, combine all ingredients and bake
at 350º for 45 minutes or until done.
