1 loaf cinnamon raisin bread, cubed
6 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar
maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put the bread cubes in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla.
3. Pour egg mixture evenly over the bread cubes.
4. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
5. Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before baking; preheat oven to 350º.
6. Bake, uncovered, for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
8. Serve with maple syrup, if desired.
