2 c. blanched white peanut halved
1 ½ c. white sugar
¼ c. hot water
½ c. white Karo syrup (do not substitute for Karo brand)
½ inch squares paraffin wax
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, Karo and sugar until it threads, then add ½ inch square paraffin wax and 2 c. peanuts. Boil until golden then add soda and stir madly.
Pour on buttered dish and spread, then let cool.
