Ingredients:  
3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes (can boil or bake)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
(I double this recipe for a 9x13 dish)

topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
3 Tbsp butter, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well - works well with electric mixer to get lumps out.
Top with crumbly topping mix. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350º.
