2 cups milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter, cut in cubes
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

In blender or food processor combine milk, eggs, sugar, flour, butter, vanilla,and salt.
Cover, blend 10 seconds or until mixed.
DO NOT OVERBLEND.
Sir in coconut just to mix.

Pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate.
Bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean.
Cool at room temperature.
Serve with CoolWhip, fruit, ice cream, or plain.
