Pie crust (made ahead)
3 chicken breasts (cooked and cut in pieces)
1 1/2 cups celery
2 Tlb melted butter
3 - 8 oz packages of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups of milk
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp curry powder
1/2 small onion, chopped small
1/3 cup slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery in butter, Whip the cream cheese and add milk,salt, curry, onion and celery. Line tart tins
with parchment liners and put a few slivered almonds and pieces of chicken in each shell. Pour cheese mix into each shell. Preheat oven to 400 º and place tarts on bottom rack. Cook for 15 to 20 min or till lightly browned.
