2 c. cooked rice
8 chicken breasts
1 ½ pkg. broccoli flowerettes
3 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 ½ c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. lemon juice
¾ c. sherry
9 T. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cover chicken with water, simmer 30 minutes on low. Rinse and de-skin and bone and cut into large chunks.
Cook broccoli half way. Add cooked rice.

Sauce:
Whisk the following until creamy: chicken soup, mayo, lemon juice, ¾ sherry, broth.

Layer broccoli/rice, chicken, and sauce. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese (or Swiss).

Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
