5 large chicken breasts

Herb paste:
½ c. packed Basil leaves
½ c. chopped fresh parsley
¼ c. balsamic vinegar (use good balsamic!!)
¼ c. extra virgin olive oil
2 T. Dijon mustard (grainy)
2 T. fresh chopped rosemary
2 T. fresh chopped thyme
¾ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions:

Use food processor, pulse several times until it resembles a course paste.

Marinate at least for one full day, it does not hurt to do it for 2 days.

Grill and serve.
