2-3 chicken breasts or you can use thighs
1 reg can of whole jellied cranberries
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 tbsp. of quick cooking tapioca (optional)
½ cup water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Slow Cooker liner

In a slow cooker: Insert a slow cooker liner, place chicken on the bottom, combine all ingredients and pour it over the chicken. On high, cook for 4 hours. On low, 6-8 hours.

I did not have the onion soup mix when I made this and it was fine. I did not change the amount of water. If using the soup mix I would only use half an envelope or it can get too salty. Additional cranberries while not go amiss either. My daughter and I love cranberries so this was excellent!
