Cooked and seasoned ground beef with taco seasoning of your choice/Carne molida cosida y sazonada con sabor a taco
refried beans/frijoles refritos
mexican rice/ arroz mexicano
pico de gallo, salsa or both
sour cream/ crema
black olives (optional)/ aciete tunas negras (opcional)
shredded lettuce/lechuga picada
shredded cheese/queso rallado
diced tomatoes/tomate
sliced avocados or guacamole

Directions:
heat up ground beef, rice and refried beans. On a plate arrange chips or lots of shredded lettuce and put some beef,*rice and *beans then top with all your choice of toppings. Great way to use leftover rice, beans or just an easy meal for a busy day!


Calienta carne,arroz y frijoles. En un plato pon chips o Para ensalada pon la lechuga. Agrega la carne,*arroz y *frijoles y ponle los ingredientes a tu gusto . Excelente manera de usar arroz y frijoles que sobra. Un comida rapida !

This taco salad is great on hot summer days! For low carb omit the chips, rice and beans BUT do layer it up with beef and all the other toppings on a bed of lettuce !! Yummy

Esta ensalada es riquisima para un dia calorosa ! Para comer bajo en carbohidratros omitir chips, arroz y frijoles y hechar todo encima de ensalada de lechuga.
