1 1/4 Cup Almond flour/ Tazas de harina de almendras
3/4 Cup Sugar substitute (like Swerve, Stevia,Truvia or Pyure) / Taza de substituto de azucar
1 tsp baking powder/Royal
1/4 tsp salt/sal
4 eggs/huevos
4 oz cream cheese (softened) /Queso crema estilo philadelphia
4 Tbs of softened REAL butter /mantequilla No margarina
1 tsp of vanilla or any other EXTRACT flavor/ vanilla o cualquier otro sabor de EXTRACO
* for Chocolate flavor add 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
*Para sabor a Chocolate agrega 1/2 taza de polvo de cocoa

OPTIONAL Cream Cheese Frosting
1 8oz Cream cheese
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup sweetner
1 tsp vanilla
*1/2 cup of peanut butter for the chocolate cake Mmmmmm !

Preheat oven to 350º
Mix butter with sugar substitute until well mixed then add cream cheese add egg one at a time and mix. Next add vanilla and dry ingredients until well combined. Grease very well a cake or loaf pan and cook for 30-40 minutes until golden brown on top and toothpick comes out clean.

* For lemon-bluebery add 1tsp of lemon extract as well as vanilla. Add zest and juice of 1 lemon fold blueberries at the end.


Pre-calienta el horno a 350º
Bate mantequilla con tu substituto de azucar muy bien y agrega el queso crema batiendo muy bien. Hecha los huevos uno por uno batiendo la mezcla bien hecha la vainilla y despues los ingredientes secos mexclando muy bien todo. Engrasa muy bien tu recipiente de pan o pastel y pon en el horno entre 30 a 40 minutos hasta que este de un color cafesito dorado y el picadiente salga limpio.

* Para sabor a limon-arandanos agrega 1 cucharradita de sabor limon junto a vainilla, ralladura y jugo de 1 limon mexcla con cuidado los arandanos de ultimo.

Super moist and Low carb !!! Change the extract to almond or lemon for a different yet yummy flavor !! One of my low carb favorite desserts!!

Un pastel bajo en carbohidratos pero con mucho sabor y cremoso!! Cambia la essencia a almendra o a limon para un sabor differente ! Unos de mis pasteles favoritos
