Cauliflower
Tomato sauce
Diced bell pepper and onion
Seasonings (salt,garlic,cumin,chicken bouillon powder) to taste
1/2 cup of Water or chicken broth


Coliflor
Salsa de tomate
Cebolla y chile moron picado
Especias (sal, ajo,comino,y polvo sabor a pollo ) al gusto
1/2 taza de agua o caldo de pollo

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse cauliflower then cut into chunks discarding the thick stem. Place a grater in a bowl and grate cauliflower until you have rice pearl consistency and set aside. In a skillet heat up oil (olive or refined coconut) and saute onions/bell pepper for a few minutes then add grated cauliflower. Continue sauteing for 5 minutes then add tomato sauce,spices,water or chicken broth cover and lower heat to med/low. Cauliflower rice is ready when liquid evaporates and its soft not mushy.



Enjuaga bien coliflor y cortar en pedazos tirando las partes duras. Pon un rallador a dentro de un recipiente para rallar la coliflor en una consistencia como granos de arroz. Calienta aciete (Oliva o aciete de coco refinado) guisa cebolla y chile moron por unos minutos despues hecha coliflor y cosina por unos 5 minutos moviendo. Agrega salsa de tomate y especias
agua o caldo de pollo y baja la temperatura a med/bajo. Cosina hasta que el liquido se seque y la coliflor este cosida.
