Ingredients:  
1 lb. Sirloin Steak, cut 1 inch thick
1 onion, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
⅛ cup light soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced thin
1 red pepper, sliced thin
1 yellow pepper, sliced thin
1 tomato, cut into wedges
2 tsps. cornstarch
¼ cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry the strips of beef; then set aside.
Stir fry the onion, garlic, celery and peppers until vegetables are tender.
Add broth, soy sauce, and sugar to skillet with meat.
(I add some: stir fry sauce, Sweet Chili Sauce, Sriracha Sauce)
Add vegetables to meat mixture.
Add tomatoes and serve over rice.
