Raspberry Jam
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg beaten - add enough
⅔ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix like pastry dough.
This makes enough for a cookie sheet.

Roll dough for bottom, cover generously with jam.
Cover with pastry on top.
When cooked, cool and spread with butter icing tinted pink.
Spread with crushed nuts (optional).
