Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups flour (sifted)
1 TBSP. butter (melted)
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place the flour and salt in a mixing bowl and form a well in the center. Pour the butter, milk, and eggs into the center of the well. Using your fingers, mix the ingredients until they come together. Roll out to desired thickness. Don't roll them too thick as they thicken when cooking. Put on a newspaper place over a chair to dry. Cut using a sharp knife. (A pizza cutter works great). Add to boiling broth and cook to desired tenderness.

Personal Notes:
I remember going to Grandma's and seeing the noodles drying draped over the chairs on the newspaper. Very sure that is not acceptable in our world of "that will give you cancer!"
