2-3 qts rhubarb - 1" pieces
1 qt onions
2 cups malt vinegar
4 cups brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp all spice
½ tsp cloves
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut rhubarb into 1" pieces.
Peel and chop onions quite fine.
Combine all ingredients and boil gently until fairly thick.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
