¾ c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 large egg
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 sliced banana
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease a n 8"X8" pan (I usually double the recipe and use a 9"X13" pan).
Preheat oven to 350º.
In large bowl beat together milk, butter and egg.
Add sugar and gradually beat the flour in.
Carefully stir in baking powder and salt.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Top with sliced banana and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake in preheated oven 20-30 minutes.
