1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup Romano cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan over low heat. Stir in milk, cheeses, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring until cheeses are melted and sauce is smooth. Serve over fettuccine noodles. Delicious served with Blackened Chicken.
