2 lbs. lean ground beef
½ medium chopped onion
1 tsp. Lawrey© salt
Large jar of favorite spaghetti sauce (Bev likes Ragu©)
4 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
1 package lasagna noodles - cooked al dente

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown and crumble hamburger in skillet; add chopped onion and Lawrey salt.
2. Drain and add spaghetti sauce to hamburger mixture.
3. Par boil pasta until al dente - allow to drain.
4. Spread the meat sauce mixture in a 9 X 13 inch baking pan until just cover the bottom evenly,
5. Add a layer of cooked lasagna noodles then a layer of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkly with parmesan cheese.
6. Repeat layering process again on top of first layer.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350º for 45-60 minutes.
8. Allow to cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.

Bev and Doug brought this delicious entree to our home following one of my surgeries. It was so appreciated and awesomely good! After receiving the recipe, I couldn't believe that such a simple recipe could be so tasty, but it is! A must try for a busy lady...so prefect in every way!
