1/2 lb bacon
1 cup slivered almonds
2 hearts chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese


Dressing:
1 cup salad oil
2 tbsp lemon
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon in pieces, fry and drain on paper towel. Add almonds to pan with bacon drippings. Stir to coat well. Reduce heat to very low and simmer for 10 minutes or until almonds begin to brown. Drain on paper towel. Mix dressing ingredients and blend or shake until thoroughly combined. Place lettuce and tomatoes in serving bowl. Add bacon, almonds, and cheeses. Drizzle with dressing.
