"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is one that I made at least one time every Winter season. It is hearty and delicious. Sometimes, for variety, I add in some pecans or walnuts. I love that it will last so long and can be baked as needed. This was always a family favorite at the Moritz house. Thanks, Grandma Blunier, for sharing this wonderful recipe! My memory of you is warm, precious and very much alive. Your Christian example is unsurpassed!
