1 lb. American cheese or Cheddar cheese, grated
2 lb. cream cheese
1 small can chopped olives--Spanish or black
2 large cloves garlic minced (or garlic salt)
½ tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
¼ tsp. baking soda
¼ c. evaporated milk
chopped parsley

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with parsley. Wrap in a foil and chill. Can be frozen.
