1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
2 toes garlic chopped
2 stalks green onion chopped
1 rib celery chopped
2 tablespoons parsley chopped
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 cups water
1 ˝ cups uncooked rice (parboiled long grain rice)
1 – 2 cups cook and cubed turkey
1 cup cubed seasoning ham

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté seasonings in butter until tender.

Stir in water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add rice turkey and ham.

Cover and simmer over low heat until rice is tender and water is almost all absorbed.

Remove top and cook about 5 minutes more – stirring to release the steam.
