2 C.. Bisquick
¾ C. sugar (divided)
3 tsp. cinnamon (divided)
½ C. applesauce
¼ C. milk
1 egg
2 T. oil
5 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine Bisquick, ¼ C. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon.
2. Stir in applesauce, milk, egg and oil until well mixed.
3. Fill greases muffin pan ⅔ full.
4. Back at 400º F. for 10 minutes.
5. In a bowl mix ½ C. sugar with 2 tsp. cinnamon.
6. Dip hot puffs in bowl of melted butter and then in bowl of cinnamon sugar.

This recipe makes about 12 puffs.

I think that Terry loves these because they somewhat taste like a cinnamon-sugared donut. And he loves donuts! This recipe is usually made by a family member and brought to our Thanksgiving Dinner every year. If there are any leftovers, Terry will be happy to bag them up and take them home.
