1 large can diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp bacon drippings
2 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tomatoes with bacon drippings, sugar and salt until it begins to boil. Make a cornstarch slurry by mixing equal parts cornstarch with water. Turn heat down and gradually add slurry to tomatoes. Stir until thickened enough for gravy. Serve over rice.
