32 oz cauliflower, frozen
8 oz cream cheese
4 Tbsp butter
Garlic salt
Pepper
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Cauliflower until it is mushy. Drain excess water,. Add cream cheese and butter and beat with a mixer or food processor. Add seasonings to taste. If it is too stiff, add a little milk to get the consistency you want.

Be sure to tell people it is not Mashed Potatoes. They tend to make strange faces if they believe it is potatoes.
