1 chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
2 cans of mushrooms, not drained
1/2 cup Orange Juice
2 bay leaves
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 can diced tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 cup black olives (optional)
1/2 cup white wine (optional)
1 tsp basil
salt & pepper to taste
1 pound of COD filets


Directions:

cook onion & peppers in olive oil or butter until soft
Add all the rest of the ingredients except fish & stir until completely mixed.
Bring to a boil as you cut up filets into bite size pieces.
Add fish pieces, reduce heat & cook until l fish is white & flakey
Serve immediently
