4 T salted butter
1 t salt
1 t dry mustard
1 t garlic powder
1/4 t nutmet
1/4 t Cayenne pepper
1/4 t black pepper
3 cups uncooked elbo macaroni
2 c sharp cheddar shredded cheese
2 c Colby Jack shredded cheese
4 1/2 c milk (1%)

Directions:

Preheat over to 350º

Melt butter in 9 x 13 glass dish in microwave while oven preheats.

Mix in salt, dry mustard, garlic powder, peppers and nutmet.

Add macaroni and mix into butter so it gets coated with butter and spices and spread evenly on bottom of dish.

Add cheese and then milk. Mash down with spatula, working cheese down into the macaroni, but not too much

Bake at 350 for 57 minutes. Let rest about 10 minutes before serving.
