2/3 cup mayo
1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp dried tarragon
3 cup cooked cubed chicken
3 cup cooked wild rice
1/2 cup finely sliced green onion
1-8 oz can water chestnuts (drained and sliced)
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 to 1 lb. seedless green grapes (halved) or you can use red grapes
1 cup salted cashews

Blend mayo, milk, lemon juice, tarragon and set aside. In a large bowl combine chicken, onions, wild rice, water chestnuts, salt and pepper. Stir in mayo mixture until well blended. Refrigerate covered 2-3 hours. Just before serving fold in grapes and cashews.
