1 pkg lemon flavored cake mix
1/3 c vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1/4 c sugar
1 c powdered sugar
2 to 3 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, oil and eggs. Stir with spoon until thoroughly moistened. Shape into 1" balls. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.

Place sugar in shallow dish. Dip bottom of glass in sugar and flatten cookies to 1/4 inch. Let stand 10 minutes before baking.

Bake 5 to 7 minutes at 350º.

Stir powdered sugar and lemon juice and drizzle over cookies.
